Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Laura moved to the United States as a young girl and grew up in El Paso—a city she will always love. With a passion for empowering others, Laura founded Laura’s Productions 28 years ago, specializing in modeling, talent, promotions, and pageants. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals build confidence, self-esteem, and poise, ensuring they feel empowered both on and off the stage. Today, Laura’s Productions oversees numerous fashion shows, large-scale events, promotional campaigns, and modeling opportunities across Texas and New Mexico. Laura is directly involved in all aspects of production, from concept development to stage execution, ensuring a professional and impactful experience. She is the director of Miss El Paso USA & Miss El Paso Teen USA, Miss New Mexico USA & Miss New Mexico Teen USA, Mrs. El Paso, Little Miss El Paso, Jr. Little Miss El Paso, Miss El Paso La Feria & Miss La Feria Teen, and Mr. El Paso. In addition, she manages over 40 shows and events in the El Paso area, has directed the Sun Bowl halftime show, coordinating dancers, and the Senior All-Star Game halftime show, where proceeds provide scholarships for local seniors. Beyond her work in the modeling industry, Laura has been a dedicated entrepreneur for over two decades, owning Foliage Salon & Spa, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, for the past 24 years. Giving back to the El Paso community has been one of her biggest goals. She served as an active board member of El Pasoans Fighting Hunger for seven years, eventually becoming President of the Board. She also oversees fundraisers for numerous nonprofit organizations and serves on the boards of Villa Maria Women’s Shelter and the Better Business Bureau. Now, Laura is honored to step into the role of National Director for Cosmo USA, marking a historic moment as the first to hold this position. With immense gratitude for this opportunity, she is eager to bring her leadership, creativity, and passion to inspire and uplift others on a national scale. Exciting times lie ahead, and she looks forward to making a meaningful impact!

Israel Silva, a Chicago native, has built a distinguished career in human resources and employment development. His passion for event production led him to create IJV Planning, a wedding planning company, followed by his wedding studio, ISILVA WEDDING DESIGN. Under his leadership, IJV PRODUCTIONS became known for its meticulous attention to detail and remarkable events. In 2010, Israel took on the role of state director for the Miss Illinois Latina and Miss Teen Illinois Latina Organization. With over 8 years of experience in business management and event production, he was a natural leader for the organization. In 2015, he became the CEO of Silver Beauty Latina, LLC, the official production company for Miss Illinois Latina and Miss Michigan Latina. In 2018, Israel founded H&I GRAND PRODUCTIONS LLC and secured the national license for Miss Grand USA. Under his leadership, the pageant earned an international crown in 2020 and a top-three placement in 2024. In early 2024, H&I parted ways with Miss Grand International and secured Teen Universe USA and Miss Cosmo USA, becoming the national license directors for both brands. With over 15 years of experience working with national brands and multiple international placements, including an international crown, Israel continues to lead the industry, focusing on finding representatives who embody beauty, grace, and substance.
